This notice explains how PWHK Limited handles personal information through the POWISER website, including product inquiries. Last updated: 27 October 2026. It covers this website, not separate mobile apps or third-party websites.
Who is responsible

Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. These fields are required to submit an inquiry through the form. Product selection is optional. Without the required details, the form cannot be submitted; you may instead contact us by email. We also record the submission time, website language and handling status. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or unnecessary information about other people.
Technical and security information
The website processes a network address to handle requests. For submitted inquiries, it stores a pseudonymous identifier derived from the network address to limit repeated submissions; this identifier is not treated as anonymous data. Security cookies protect forms and administrator access. We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking or visitor analytics in the current website version. See the Cookie notice for details.
Why we use information
We use inquiry information to understand and answer your request, provide product support and follow up on the same inquiry. We use security information to prevent abuse and protect the website. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, responding to a request for a possible purchase may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract; other inquiries and website security are handled on the basis of our legitimate interests in providing support and preventing abuse, subject to your rights. We do not use the contact form to subscribe you to marketing. If we introduce optional marketing based on consent, it will require a separate choice.
Access, recipients and location
Inquiries are stored on the website server hosted by Amazon Web Services in Germany and are accessible to authorized support staff through the administration area. Email notifications are sent using the NetEase enterprise email service from develop@ipowiser.com to luoh@allpowers.net. Email delivery and mailbox processing may involve systems outside Germany. PWHK Limited is based in Hong Kong, and authorized staff may access inquiries from outside the European Economic Area. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for targeted advertising. We do not claim that a particular EU or UK international-transfer safeguard has been implemented; contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your inquiry.
How long information is kept
Inquiry records should be kept only for as long as needed to answer and follow up on the inquiry, or to meet an applicable legal obligation or resolve a dispute. The relevant criteria are whether the inquiry is still open, whether further support is reasonably needed and whether a specific retention obligation applies. The website does not automatically delete records after a fixed number of days; deletion requires manual action. Cookie lifetimes are listed separately in the Cookie notice. You can contact us to request deletion, including of associated notification copies, subject to applicable exceptions.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct your information. Depending on applicable law, you may also request deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity. Rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions. You may complain to the Hong Kong Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, or, where applicable, the data protection authority in your EU country or the UK Information Commissioner. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you using automated decision-making.
Security and changes
Access to the administration area is restricted, and forms include safeguards against forged submissions. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security. This website is intended for general product information and inquiries, not for collecting information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us. We will update the date and this notice when the website’s data handling changes; where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain a separate choice before a new use.
